Flugmodus

A dance-theatre performance for young audience with two dancers and touchscreens.
The dancers are entering through the screens into a virtual wonderland which takes them into a journey around the world. Through the screen, they virtually travel in different countries and cultures, and learn new music. During this journey they discover new things about themselves and they learn that what surrounds them is as interesting as the phantasy world they meet through the screen. In Flugmodus, the screens are also digital dancers, and together with the human dancers they create a choir of touchscreens. With movement, sound and videos the performers will ask the audience to turn their smartphones into flight mode and invite them to join them on an interactive journey in the technological wonderland through the screens.
